We are seeking certified teachers in Mathematics, Science (NO), and Technology for upper secondary education (grades 7-9) who want to be part of our journey to develop Ribby School F-9 in Haninge Municipality.

Ribby School is currently an F-9 school with approximately 900 students and 100 staff members. We have a pleasant school with a good environment and a faculty that feels highly motivated to teach, develop, and follow their students.

Your Assignment

We are looking for you who is a certified teacher in Mathematics, Science (NO), and Technology. You have a good ability to organize and structure, as well as to drive and take responsibility for the development of your students, teaching, and operations. You always have a respectful attitude towards human differences and share the values of society and the school. You are responsive and flexible and feel a great responsibility for your students and the operations.

Qualifications:

You are a certified teacher and qualified to teach Mathematics, Science (NO), and Technology. You have good experience of teaching at the upper secondary level (grades 7-9).

You have a conscious pedagogical approach and a positive view of students based on the belief that all students can and want to succeed. You have experience with students who challenge in various ways and adapt your teaching so that all students receive guidance and stimulation. You have the will and ability to develop the use of digital learning aids to clarify pedagogy. In your work, you are clear and structured. You create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. At our workplace, clarity and low-affective treatment are important. You act independently while also cherishing good cooperation.

You are solution-oriented and dare to think in new ways. You will be part of a work team where there are requirements for good cooperation and working without prestige for the best interests of the students. You have a good ability to create good contacts with colleagues, guardians, and external contacts.
